1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Swiftly AIKit's API gateway services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

Swiftly AIKit provides a unified API gateway that enables developers to access multiple AI providers through a single API. The service includes request proxying, usage tracking, billing management, and developer tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials.
  • You must not share API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account.
  • You are responsible for all API usage under your account, including usage by your applications' end users.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. API Usage

Your use of the API is subject to the limits of your subscription tier:

  • Monthly request limits vary by plan (Free: 50K, Starter: 500K, Pro: 5M)
  • Per-request token limits vary by plan
  • Rate limits are enforced per minute and per hour
  • Exceeding limits will result in temporary request blocking

5. Payment and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.
  • Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Swiftly AIKit for:

  • Any illegal activity or to facilitate illegal acts
  • Generating harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Circumventing rate limits or usage quotas
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our source code
  • Reselling API access without authorization

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time through the developer dashboard. Upon termination, your API keys will be immediately deactivated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Swiftly AIKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party AI provider issues. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
